Wheeldon Geology has a great deal of experience in the design of Residential and Commercial Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems all throughout the west slope of the Sierra Nevada mountains. This region has a complex geologic history that includes erosion and weathering that has produced diverse soils. These soils have a direct influence of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System that can be designed for your site.

History
Began in 1970, Mr. George A. Wheeldon, geologist and teacher at local high school and junior college began George A. Wheeldon & Associates and began testing and designing septic systems in El Dorado County. This company grew throughout the years diversifying to provide land capability, environmental, mining, hazard, geotechnical services to the community. Mr. Bill Mitchell, geologist, worked at George A. Wheeldon & Associates in the late 1970s and early 1980s and in 1999 Bill Mitchell bought Wheeldon Geology from Mr. Wheeldon and has been providing geologic consulting services ever since.
A lot of our clients have returned to Wheeldon Geology when they have needed or services on their next project. We strive to bring our clients a high-quality site evaluation, that allows us to create an efficient, cost effective, design that satisfies design requirements tailored to conditions discovered on site.
